Activity Reason Text :	06/26/2013: Per Segundo about status: Yes, Well #3 is the one with vinyl chloride levels above the MCL so they shut it down until treatment is provided. JL 12/30/09: ok'd by region to inactivate "AR..I spoke with the operator from Sauk. He told me that there are some problems with their TP02 and it isn¿t in service. I think he said there was a hole in a filter or something. He said he can still collect a raw sample from the well (their bad well) but not from TP02. I asked him to send me something in writing so we had it for the file and he said he would get back to me. He called yesterday and asked if we had received anything in writing. I told him I had not. He said the city had hired a consulting firm because of the VN and they were supposed to send something in writing ¿ he apparently isn¿t supposed to send us anything. I told him I would send an e-mail and ask you all if we could inactivate TP02 based on the phone conversation I had with him. He said the TP would be down indefinitely ¿ until they get the money to fix it."	Activity Status Date :	05-28-2015
